My husband and I switched our diet to primal (95% of the time) back in July 2012 and we have loved our results! We feel better, we’ve lost weight, and we enjoy our food. Being a stay at home mom, I do all of the cooking, so the task of finding things to eat that meshed with our new lifestyle fell to me.
I started with Pinterest and while there are loads of pins showing great photos of primal (and paleo) foods, many recipes were repeats and I believe untried. I have had a hard time finding easy, yummy staple recipes for our family.
I figured others might have the same problem, so I thought I would start a blog and only post recipes that I not only tried myself, but that we as a family love and eat on a monthly (if not weekly) basis.
